ONLINE PURCHASING AGREEMENT

This document provides a comprehensive outline of the terms and conditions for the creation and delivery of your bridal attire and accessories. We understand that making a purchase online can feel uncertain, so we’ve detailed everything to ensure you are fully informed and confident in your decision. PRODUCTION
Each dress and corset is made to order and requires a lead time of 6–10 weeks. Rush orders may be available, depending on our production schedule.
Once an order is confirmed, production begins immediately. All pieces are hand-cut and sewn in Lithuania (EU).
SIZING
Our dresses and corsets are made to order based on standard sizing. It is the customer’s responsibility to take accurate measurements and select the appropriate size using our sizing chart, which reflects actual body measurements.
If your measurements fall between sizes, we recommend opting for our “Made to Measure” option. This service creates patterns specifically for your body, but since there is no pre-fitting, very minor local alterations may still be necessary.

Please note that alterations may be required to achieve the perfect fit. These adjustments are the customer’s responsibility and should be planned well before the event date.
SHIPPING
For purchases made through our online store, we offer international standard and expedited shipping via FedEx.
All bridal attire is shipped fully insured through FedEx Economy or Express. Accessories are shipped via Lithuania Post, with an expedited shipping option available via FedEx.
Duties & Taxes for each country are the responsibility of the customer.
PAYMENT AND NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
The total payment amount is due in full and is non-refundable. No partial refunds will be granted under any circumstances after full payment is received.
Since all dresses and separates are made to order for each bride, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
FINAL ACCEPTANCE AND SATISFACTION
If there is any issue with your purchase upon receiving the item(s), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. If the return is approved, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days.
